Please avoid Enrich Salon Podar School, santacruz West

Enrich Salons - Podar School, Santacruz West - Bad service - it was so bad that i got up after 1/4 blow dry was done - paid 500 (for the hair wash), and when i realised they had not given me a receipt and went back to ask for it, was given a receipt for 449 and returned 50 - complaint to the management - got me a reply - 1. we did not charge you for the blow dry (ya, how could you if you did not even do half of it) and 2. we gave you a receipt and your change back after you came back and asked for the receipt - so not only is it bad service but also cheating !

Very nice atmosphere ......very good service ....probably time is valued ...They take you on appointment time ....i had been there for a clean up and pedicure it's very nicely done also with membership you can get good discounts....The products used are good quality products effective on skin for very long time...advice given by professionals really work well .

Enrich and I Part Ways...

I have been regularly visiting Enrich Santacruz West for the last few months. My experience with their branch near the station had been a bad one so i was pleasantly surprised at how polite, friendly and efficient the staff at the Poddar School outlet were. Today i went there on an appointment for a Facial and a Pedicure. Both were quite nice. The Operator may have roughly rubbed a bit of the paste in my eyes but that is forgiven.Then i was handed a menu and a mask was recommended. i had chosen a facial over the phone while making the appointment and informed Anjana (The Operator) about the same but i still decided to do something new.You see, I'm not a Parlour enthusiast and this was my first experiment with a mask. After emphasizing that i would ONLY go for a mask and not a facial, i was in for an unpleasant episode when i realised that i had been billed for both because the parlour lady had done both the services for me. When i explained this to the receptionist, she asked me that why i had not stopped her during the facial to which i told her squarely that i didn't know what a mask would comprise. While accepting the debit card, The receptionist made a rhetoric statement that perhaps there was a miscommunication and that i should take care of it 'next time'. To which i replied with a there-is-not-going-to-be-a-next-time. This whole transaction accompanied lasted a minute.When i expressed my wish of not coming back, the Salon head was fetched, who sat expressionless through my tale. Complete apathy here. While, The Operator lady still insisted that she had followed instructions and in a most tantrum throwing way. Let me be very forthright over here that i was angry all the way through. My point here is that i made the payment within a minute of this discussion which meant that if i still insisted that my communication was clear then an apology was due. I have seen customers at parlours who can fight tooth and nail to NOT pay for a service if the results are not satisfactory. How about apologising to someone who makes the payment quickly but still insists that the instructions were clear. How about silencing the noisy Parlour Operator and giving my complaint a fair thought. I had to pay Rs 1000 extra for something that i did not want. My operator was Anjana and if you are going to be serviced by her then please remember to put your request in writing.

Bad compared to the other Enrich locations

Appointment timings are not handled well. Front desk staff does not have the best manners. The service level is not comparable to their other locations by far. The saving grace is the pedicurist Kumar who was extremely good. But be careful with your appointment bookings you might end up there and not get the therapist you asked for.

Terrible & pathetic experience.

Rude, shoddy, ill-mannered and untrained staff. Front desk personnel has a lot of attitude and do not know how to behave with customers. Staff not trained well for basic services like eye brows also.. instead they smile (as if mocking/achievement) after goofing up. They don't seem to care for customer service. Extremely pushy for buying products and doing other expensive services. Personally, I would not go to them again as its a big risk.... esp when they goof up for basic services. Reconsider before visiting them...

the appointments need to b better handled this is the second time when I have not got the beautician I asked for as it was the second slot ie after hair the second appointment for wax from jinal was not recorded/mailed to poddar branch but I have no complaints about service :)

I have been getting my hair cut and colored for more years than I care to mention. Have had several hair dressers...Finally happy with Enrich's stylist. He knows my hair and the challenges I have. The cut and color is always perfect. Love it. So happy. Wish I had done it years ago.
