Trending Eyeliner Ideas You Must Try As Soon As Possible

1.Double-Winged Bird Eyeliner

If you ever want to try anything better than just a basic winged liner, it has to be a double-winged bird eyeliner. Using a pen eyeliner, to get a precise winged eyeliner, create a small flick under the winged tip, at the inner corner of your eye. Try to create a shape so as to make it look natural and sharp. 

Look recommendation: Complete this look with a volumized layer of mascara, white kajal to accentuate the eye, and nudish glossy lips. 

2.Coloured Eyeliners

If you thought colors were only limited to your lips, you gotta reconsider that thought. This summer season, we have coloured eyeliners #trending all over.. Yes, you read that right.. Your go to colors are the cooler tones of blues, greens and purple. You can use these liners in a bunch of creative ways.. Either just a sober & plain liner, or a winged liner, could also do a reverse smokey eye liner (below your lower waterline), etc.. 

Look recommendation: When doing a coloured liner look, try to keep the lips very minimal and sober, and base very fresh and dewy. Basically our aim should be to let the eyes makeup do the talking, and the rest can rest!

3.Smudgy Liners

A smudged eyeliner look is my personal favorite! It adds a smokey eye kinda feel, but still so subtle and classy. Move away from the stark eyeliner look and try something different for a Cocktail/Sangeet function or even just a party night out! 

All you gotta do is take a smudgy black kohl pencil, make your liner line - how you would usually wear your liner, take a smudging brush and go over it to blend.. The next step should be to take the same brush, add some black eyeshadow on it, and go over the line to make it darker, according to your preference. 

Look Recommendation: Pair this smudged eyeliner look with either a light brown eyeshadow for the day, or a slight shine eyeshadow on the lids for the night, and nudish brown matte lips. 

P.S: This look can always be done with a brown kajal and eyeshadow instead of black if you’re going for a brunch/day vibe.. 

4.Graphic Liners
 

Get creative, sassy and experimental with different kinds of graphic eyeliners to steal the show. This can literally be as bold, or as sober as you want it to.. Infact, just making a random line above your eyelid, or a wavy slanting line anywhere on/around your eye can make a statement.  

Look recommendation: Go all out with this look, and get as creative as you can.. Pair it with a red/wine coloured lip color, or nude.brown, literally anything could work! 

All in all, eye liners have a broad horizon to experiment with even within their categories! It's one of the only aspects of makeup that has great boundaries to keep changing, adding and subtracting. The point is not to get overwhelmed, think out of the box and start creating some magic, with different shapes of liner, and different colors as well.
