Take an equal amount of baking soda and water and make a paste of it. Spread the paste evenly on the affected inner thighs. Let it be for 15 minutes and later, wash it off thoroughly.
Though it is considered an effective dark inner thighs remedy, use this remedy with caution. Due to its high pH level, baking soda is not meant for everyday use. Also, if you find it irritating your skin, discontinue its usage immediately.
4. Potato juice and honey

Honey has antibacterial properties. It is an excellent moisturizing agent, and its anti-inflammatory property can help soothe dry, irritated skin.
Take equal quantities of potato juice and honey and mix them. Apply the mixture to the affected inner thigh region. Wash it after 10 minutes. Repeating this remedy twice or thrice a week will make a visible difference.
5. Wild Turmeric
Wild turmeric is believed to be very effective in controlling hyperpigmentation. It contains an anti-inflammatory component, curcuminoids, that can help in healing the skin. Applying it every day helps yield a good result. Turmeric also may support in treating dark patches and making the skin tone even.
Take a tablespoon of wild turmeric powder and add some water or curd to it to make a paste. Spread the paste on the dark regions on the thighs. Wash it off with cold water after 10-15 minutes.
