Pregnancy, puberty, or drastic weight gain or loss are some reasons why stretch marks rear their ugly heads. They appear when the skin gets stretched and can’t restore itself to its original state. Most of us have stretch marks on our bodies, and there’s nothing wrong with wanting to get rid of them.

1. Vitamin A

Vitamin A, also known as retinoid, is known to help in making skin appear smooth and more youthful. Therefore, it is used as a primary ingredient in the majority of cosmetic creams.
