It's the best Toner
This toner is just chef's kiss. Nothing ever suits my face. I've got very sensitive- oily skin and everything breaks me out. However, this toner not only provided subtle hydration, it also helped in reducing acne breakouts and acne marks.

Not for sensitive skin
it's hydrating and moisturing but it tingles on my sensitive skin . people who is not having any sensitive skin can reap the benefits of the toner
