I received this product in a damaged condition. The bottle cap is cracked and the seal is broken, making it unsafe to use. The outer packaging was fine, but the product inside was defective. I raised a return/refund request, but it was rejected, which is very disappointing. Sharing images as proof. Expecting proper resolution from the team.

alrdy using serum... dint get the appropriate result... hence thought of giving it a try with shampoo cleanser... hope it justify the brand itself...what it says... if it happens then it will be a miracle to my scalp 🙌🏼

I love alps products.The shampoo is so gentle ,clourless,soft fragrance is good for scalp. Alps all products are natural.I also use alps rose merry water nd rosemerry essential oil.For face i use licourice powder nd beet root.Thank u for this lovely product.❤️

Recent past I have purchased a albs goodness fenugreek shampoo.To my surprise the result is amazinng. The hair fall is controlled drastically. I used to get boundle of hair while sweeping the room but after the use of the shampoo no more hair can be traced on the floor. Trust me it's an amazing product to use. price also reasonable.
