I've finished 4 bottols. I apply 4 times in a week after shower(only on scalp and sometimes on strands). After using 3 months I see change in hairfall(not significantly) and hair growth. It helps detangle my hair. But it can't stop haifall and promote growth alone. Normal hairfall around 40-50 for shoulder length to mid back length is okay(my dermat told me). If someone takes high dose medicine it will be caused of hairfall as a prominent side-effect of medicine(in my case). After Surgery, Pregnancy, hairfall is normal and common but we should take steps to prevent it. Food plays a significant role in hair growth( genetics too) and prevention of hairfall. Veg:- Soya, Nuts, Beans, Dry fruits, Banana, Spinach, Citrus Fruits. Non-Veg:- mentioned above including Egg, Oily Fish, Chicken. Drinking 2000-3000 ml Water. Doing Padahastasana twice a day for 20 sec repeat 2 times if you are physically fit fully(if you are having health issue, it can be causual,small issue but perhaps it's not casual health issue so avoid it). It's absolutely optional, terms and conditions applied. OR SIMPLY MASSAGE YOUR SCALP FOR 5 MINS WITH A LITTLE PRESSURE at least Once in a day. Do Not Stress A Lot (it's quite hard nowadays but we can try). Stop Smoking (if can't completely then not more than 3-4 cigarettes in a day ) Stop consuming Alcohol (if can't then not more than 30 ml in a day ) My Hair is straight to wavy( not chemically treated):- I do shampoo 2-3 times in a week. Before doing shampoo, I massage my scaple with oil (Sesa Oil/any herbal oil) and leave it for 1 hour. DON'T USE OIL ON GREASY SCAPLE AND HAIR (it'll trigger hairfall). I don't use conditioner and mask if someone needs it, go for it. After that I use hair serum on damp hair for sun protection/heat protection and pollution if I go outside (try to cover your head from 10am-4pm in Summer time specially. When you're outside, UV rays damage hair too). I Use Minimalist hair growth serum for scalp 4-5 times in a week in night time and massage it for 5-7 mins. Minimize your usage of heat styling tools. Comb 2-3 times in a day( detangle hair From Bottom To Top). Plait your hair before sleeping in night. At least give 4-6 months to recover from Hairfall. If someone wants to consult doctor, consult as soon as possible. Don't neglect this(Hair thinning, Receding Hairline, Bald patches etc) otherwise it'll worsen more. I've said a lot maybe it's unnecessary but I know how it feels suffering from severe hairfall. It's absolutely traumatic experience. Have Patience. You'll get over it. You all are beautiful 😍. I ordered 2 bottles but why both are different in smell one is without smell and the another one is smelled like zandu thailam.and in ingredients they have mentioned (what I observed is ) without smell is leaves water and, the one smelled like thailam is flowers water
