The pigment is real good. I was not expecting much but the product set the bar High. I highly suggest to purchase this pencil to uplift your eyes makeup. suggestion - for external use that's around eye.. since not sure about the quality, i will not advise to use in eyes/ waterline. Must Try!!! 😜
