This eyeliner is one of the best affordable brown eyeliner in the market. It is not completely matte but it's not shiny it's like soft matte. In short it looks good on the eyes and gives a soft look if that's what you are looking for😊

Its nice to come across a brown eyeliner that is a true dark brown. I usually buy brown liners only to find that they are more bronzish or light brown in color and not even visible once applied. This is the true brown color I had in mind. The staying power is great too and though there is a mild amount of smudging that occurs, I blame that on my naturally oily skin type. I love the smooth application and for the price, this is a great deal. I look forward to trying your other shades soon.
