Discharge the desired dose inside the area in the lying position with legs slightly upright. Remain in the same position for a few minutes thereafter. After use the applicator should be cleaned with mild soap & warm water. Allow it to air dry for the next application.In case of desired toning effect (Use fingertip)Wash your hands & intimate area.Sit in a squatting position with your legs wide open.Gently squeeze the tube to get the desired amount on to your fingertips.Apply the gel inside in circular motion for a few minutes until completely absorbed.Repeat the same steps once or twice daily for at least a month.
