blue liner
i am giving this 4 stars only because the seal and the tip of the eyeliner was broken but the tip was very carefully put back again which was smart on the manufacturer's part. otherwise the product is amazing. glides on very smoothly. creamy consistency. i love it.

This is my second eyeliner kajal from bella voste. I just love the formulation. It's non smudge and gives the most beautiful shade of blue. In love with this liner kajal. it's smooth and the application is very good
