A perfect shade for an eye liner... especially for a beginner who wants to try non black colours without using too poppy colours at once it's a classy, elegant rose wine Royal purple shade that i am sure is perfect for fair to Wheatish to dusky skin tones

oh my god...wat a color.
such a beautiful rosy wine kind of shade. I bought it for creating smoky eye look with dis color. and its simply perfect. it's almost smudge proof. great pigmentation n smooth texture.
