Awesome Color and Price
The color is a very Vibrant Prussian Blue and shines after application, the tip is not stiff and allows smooth movement so the thickness of application also can be adjusted as you like either thick or thin , buy only if you are comfortable around liquid liners. Overall a very great liner and value for money guaranteed!
