low price ,excellent quality
it is matte. Good finish. Doesn't look like those cheap nail polishes. non chipping. it stayed for a good 6 days on me which is excellent for its price. dries quickly after applying. slightly uneven upon application but that is due to the applicator tip , not due to the product itself. the product is 10/10
