I am using this product everyday twice (morning and night) for a week now, without fail. This product is one of its kind and is actually very soothing. This product actually worked, like it really repaired my flaky, crusty and chapped lips and it doesn't only work on the surface but actually deeply conditions our lips from the inside. It has a divinely smell (only mildly fragranted), tastes great (I don't actually recommend eating it like a snack but when the product gets into your mouth, it feels like you're tasting a mild dessert). It doesn't irritate my lips or the skin around it. It even lightened my upper lip (My upper lip is darker than my lower lip). I'm looking forward to buy more of these as a backup and some for my family and friends. I highly recommend to try this once. It's on the more expensive side for a lip balm, but it's absolutely worth it to spend every penny on it. Also, the packaging is really great with a nice green and gold accent on both the container as well as the outside packaging and both the container and the outside packaging is of very good quality. Biotique did a really great job in formulating this product. Looking forward for Biotique to increase the BXL range.
