why my order has been cancelled even when I have order it's on 8th August or after a week my order has been cancelled by purple due to out of stock ???? why very bad ,very unprofessional I need my product as sson as possible

Best face wash ever!❤️
I recieved it today, the packaging is very convenient and sealed the result coming in first wash my face looking so fair in just one wash and so soft and hydrating little bit I have normal and sensitive skin it is good for normal skin type people but I think it is best for oily skin and don't use dry skin people overall best face wash😘
