This is my first time ordering from purplle and delivery was on time . My friend recommended me to use this serum as I have been suffering hairfall issue for a long time .I have normal - dry hair .After using 6-7 times ,i can say it's really a good serum . no harmful chemicals used and I like the fragrance too. the consistency of the serum is watery . wash your hair and then let it dry then apply this serum using a cotton ball and dab it on all over your scalp and just leave it like that .
