it's really work for a eye relief of cooling.
I am not sure it's wrok for a dark circls bt it's give a cooling satisfaction and eye tress relief.loved it

it does gives cooling sensation ,till the time you are applying it may have lightening effects , but its only good for oily skin I guess or for Summers it's good ,but in winters and for dry skin , it can make your skin quite dry underneath you eyes
