OMG this good pigmented long lasting liner for this price!!! Just grab it ladies....ASAP! I lovee lovee it... Not only it's jet black but also it lastes for so long... Not shinny at all just the right formula, Even tho the quantity is little but I still don't mind, Would recommend to get 2 of these if it's on sale.
