A Vibrant Matte to Make Heads Swoon
It is absolutely matte and the colour pay off is amazing. You can apply twice to build up the colour. Yes, if you do eat oily food, it'd come off but even when it comes off, it lives a slight scarletty tint on your lips. At this price, this is one of the best lisptick you can come across.
