the best!!!
it can literally compete with high end eye brow gels. Matte finish and locked for hourse,no need to reapply again in a day. And most important, eyebrows looks natural ,not too heavy,not too light,just beautiful brows.

never expected this from blur heavens. they nailed the formula. it is easy to use, pigmented, perfect for daily use. it looks good without even a eyebrow pencil. go for it.
