How to use
THREE Steps for UsageStep1: Bring the Pain Oil to a lukewarm temperature. Oil could be heated on Gas, Microwave or by simply rubbing oil in palm of your handStep 2: Massage with Pain Relief Oil in circular motion on affected body part. Use thumb circular motion to release muscular knot if present. Avoid pressure on boney area. Step 3: Apply hot water bottle on affected part post Oil Massage. Incase hot water bottle is not available, cover with hot towel. For Best results, use Devtvakadi Pain Potli post massage with Pain Oil
