smooth..... jet black... little bit of shine... not purely matte.... smudge proof until u apply some force.... not water proof if u rub with water it will wash off slightly.... but it is great I must say u can give a try❤

It is a very good eyeliner with fine tip, it's smudge proof,it dries quickly, and is long lasting, if you are searching for a good pen eyeliner in this range go for it, it is really a value for money, very happy with my purchase😍😍

It is really a good liner, one of the best liners, very smooth application, smudge free, the liner is also very precise, very handy, can carry anywhere, I loved it to much, I'll buy it again and again, it's really good, just go for it .

Awesome eyeliner
I was looking for some sketch eye liners and came across this one...it was so cost friendly hence decided to give it a try...And it's so gooooodddd....works just like other hyped up brands and so so affordable
