First time when i buyed i was scared where it doesnt fit for me or what then when used it , it was difficult to fit me n little pain came...then we have to squat properly and insert it ....but i say go for menstrual cup rather than using pads ...say no to pad...thank you purplle for sending me menstrual cup on time...
