i recieved their trial pack and used them they were amazing. so i decided to buy the whole pack. for normal to medium flow large pads are more than enough. these are so soft that you actually feel so comfortable without any worries of leakage or rashes. its easy to dispose too. Has no fragrance which is a good thing. Is very breathble and doesn't stick to your skin like the regular plastic ones. Keeps your cooch dry enough but not too dry. No irritation or itching. The behind part has wings that stick wide and provide extra protection. Overall great ladies.
