The rating is for the bottle design
I have no objection to the formulation of this facewash. But I think they need to come up with better bottle packaging. The amount of time the facewash has leaked especially when I but it in a travel bag of any sort. I feel like throwing it away. I pay sooo much money for such a 3rd grade bottle packaging. Cetaphil need to up their game.
