ummm read the full review.
if u have dry lips , pre-moisturisation is a must. it does make fine lines on lip appear hard as the formula is drying(when lipstick settles in) intially it's so buttery to apply. also i feel on drying and settling it turns one shade darkers. the glitters r amazing . well u can work this out.
