irritating

no doubt it has a good pigmentation and the colour looks beautiful.... but somehow it didn't work for me. those tiny shimmer particles irritated my eyes and made them watery and inflamed. i used to put on my lower lash line. also the staying power is bad...it smudges overall not satisfied with this!
