Bad service
The product was damaged and I raised a return request half a month ago. They took my bank details and still didn't care to refund or to even reply to my emails. The whole object of online shopping being to ease the trouble of going out and buying is certainly defeated and the site has to upgrade it's service in terms of service and refund.
