colour didn't matched

WOW..this is my reaction to this lip color Colorbar Hearts And Tarts. This is a universally flattering red and intensely pigmented and a creamy matte. Its a beautiful red which is on the darker side,a deep red and not a bright red. It glides on effortlessly on the lips and even being a matte finish red I found it to be so smooth and non drying. Well its definitely not a moisturizing lipstick either..so its always better to moisturize your lips before applying the lipstick.The staying power of this lipstick is outstanding. It stayed on my lips for 5 plus hours without fading and bleeding and also fades out evenly. Despite having dry lips it did not settle into fine lines. The color is a winner across all the complexions.Its going to look good on everyone. Lastly, its the best budget red lipstick with high end quality..so grab it...

i love the color it deep red bt pink base specially wear it on occasion and its a winter season color. It has matte finish doesnt dry lips, stay upto 5 hr then you touch up.
