pigmented , but u can dip the brush in to the pan 6 to 7 times. otherwise it's so pigmented

this is my last purchase from this brand...i bought this pallate after watching nidhi katiyar video on you tube but i don't know if it only me but i bought some products from her website also and now this...this pallate was looking so old and damaged and dirty....and the freebies i received are totally damaged can't use them...i always get disappointed after purchasing from this brand so now i will never buy from them...
