Shake the eyeliner before use. Remove any excess product from the brush by wiping it on the rim of the bottle. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a line along your lash line, using small, gentle strokes. For a more dramatic look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye. Repeat on the other eye. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes or applying any other eye makeup. To remove the eyeliner, use a gentle eye makeup remover.
