Best for pigmentation
I have use lots of toner bt all are doing my face oily and glow bt not work in pigmentation it is NYC and did work in pigmentation now my face is even pigmentation problem start from 7 year ago now improving I use in 2-3tym this toner and also use nyt cream for this brand

after washing your face in face wash or soap if u apply this toner and wipe in cotton face pad u can see dust in the cotton pad this toner will clean the face very deeply I liked it very much I'm using this from 2 weeks
