It makes your hair softer, shinier and less prone to breakage...just making sure to untangle your hair carefully while it's still wet and then comb your hair once it's half air-dry would help a lot towards reduced hair fall. I normally oil my hair overnight before shampooing and conditioning the next morning with Dove intense repair shampoo and conditioner, and that's all it takes to have a healthier and shinier hair. 5/5 for this wonder shampoo!!! :)
