I'm using this for product for almost 8 months now. And as it claims it do deliver the two main things smoothness and bounce in your hair .The shampoo is a transparent gel, unlike all the other cream based shampoos from dove.It foams well.I would recommend this range if you are looking for a shampoo and conditioner that will cleanse gently and moisturize sufficiently which also add bounce to you hair pros: 1. Cleanses the hair and scalp well. 2. Adds a little bit of shine and bounce to the hair. 3. Did not cause any increased hair fall. 4. Will suit almost all hair types specially beauties with dry hair and thin hair type. CON 1. Contains sulphates.

I have been using dove shampoo for quite a long time and this variant was the worst I had. It made my hair dry, frizzy and unmanageable with zero bounce. Won't recommend to anyone.It was such a let down from such a reputed brand of shampoo.
