ELLE 18 is a popular brand and i loved the range of matte lipsticks it came up with in the market.These are satin matte finish and not completely matte texture but it is quite pigmented.The color of this particular lipstick is not meant for very dark or dusky tone but yes those who have a wheatish or fair complexion..babes it will rock on your lips.

not everyone can carry this color. will look good on very fair skin.
