Best Eyeliner at that cost.
This is really a very very good eyeliner. Been using Elle 18 since past 4 years. Tried a lot of differnt eyeliners, but this one is the Best. All the other eyeliners fall dull compared to this one. Its stays on for more than 10 hrs if you can live without touching your eyelids or splashing too much water on your face. perfect Matte finish for those who love the Matte effect. I cant survive a day without this one !!

The best eyeliner you would ever get in the market at this price
This liquid eyeliner is my favourite.. I love using eyeshadows (I use oriflame one touch eyeshadow) and the problem which I face is that what I line my eyes using kohl even the best ones like Maybelline and Eyeconic eventually (after 2-3 hours) blend into or smudge with the eyeshadow.. Applying this liquid liner over the kohl not only avoids the smudge but also provides a jet black matte look which gives you the perfect eyes for the day... This product is a life saver and can take you eye makeup to the next level... :)
