Used product delivered

Two times I requested for refund and they rejected my request. I got empty bottle. First I thot the product is just dried. But when I opened it I knew bottle is empty. So third time I requested for replacement and is on hold request. M ay be they reject it again. All the photos required during refund were attached properly. Even then they reject it.. barcode of the product is dirty on one side. You can see in pic.
