everteen pad is must have for all girls. it's quite bigger with 2 flaps suitable for heavy flow days. In I heart beauty sale I got everteen dry cover normal size pads which is useful for normal days and everteen panty liners are good for final days. The cramps roll on is made of pain reliving essential oils which is really helpful to reduce pain during periods.
