I had ordered it yesterday they told that the next day product will be delivered, I spoke on the customer service 8 in the morning to ensure that it reaches on time. they kept on messaging me about the status of the product and at the last moment without making any call they sent a message that delivery failed. entire day i waited for it and at last without making any attempts they failed my prepaid order of 1148/-. this is the second time I faced issues with purplle. never gonna buy anything from this app. uninstalled the app just because of your delivery agents...
