Really had BAD EXPERIENCE

I ordered few products from Purple but some are missing, i shared unboxing video with them but they refused to give any resolution regarding this. I shopped many times with Purple but i experienced this first time but no resolution provided by them , that completely shows they don't value their customers, this is completely unacceptable behavior. DON'T PURCHASE FROM PURPLE.
