budget+quality+durability+pigment= this product
the shorter atroke was smudged immediately after being applied. But I kept the longer stroke untouched for exactly 15 seconds and then smudged. both the strokes were smudged with wet fingertips. smudge was 0 for both the strokes but the shorter stroke did faint a bit. the upper pic is before smudging, and the one under is the after smuudging.
