Take oil on tip of your fingers and start applying gently to your scalp and work your way through to the tip of the hair. Make sure you apply minimal pressure while massaging, to avoid any hair breakage. After massaging wrap your hair in moist hot towel for 10 to 15 minutes, Avoid this step if you have hair fall. Then leave the oil for an hour or two and wash it off. For best results use it twice a week or every time before washing your hair. Pro tip- Regular head massage with warm oil helps improve blood circulation.
