I ordered floral oud which has been shown in image is blue colour and I get pink one with same name yet it doesn't even smells like oud or floral 😑 it is my first tym order and I was so disappointed. I didn't expect this from purplle side. I was trusted it is a genuine honest app for providing original products but see.....and I request for return with clear images and I went out of station for some personal issue then they send the pictures are not clear send it again for return within 1 day. How can I come on that time and do that while I'm not in home? And my return request was rejected then i thought like ok we have to use this time but the smell it is not good it smells like something one first puff while spraying and it changes after on clothes then IT IS NOT EVEN LONG LASTING !!! the smell fades within a hour😐pls purplle don't sell items like this even it is ur own brand🥲 at last see the packaging it is really very disappointing. Packaging it self is not good .
