focus improves
The smell is wonderful and really relieves stress.. and improved my cocncentration levels. whenever i feel sleepy i use this oil and it works. allows me to focus on what im doing.

Calming smell
The smell is pleasant. Don't know if it actually helps in focusing because that didn't work for me but it's really good as an diffuser oil
