Best toner in budget 🙌🏻
I am in love with this toner. I usually skip toners cz i don't like them but i thought this one is worth giving a try and it worked actually. I have acne prone oily skin and i want something light but effective. I've been using this toner for months it feels so soothing and calms my skin. I will definitely continue using this one particularly 🫶🏻
