Smudge proof, looks blue
It doesn't seem holographic till now, maybe under sun it will. It's completely smudge proof once it sets and totally waterproof as well. Very ready to work with as the applicator brush is thin. Love the applicator far far more than the super soft retractable holographic liner by Swiss beauty
