Description
- Coconut oil has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for its vata pacifying and cooling properties.
- An excellent moisturizer, it is known to help improve the condition of skin suffering from dryness, psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema.
- The southern Indian state of Kerala produces some of the best quality coconuts and is named after the coconut tree; Kera” meaning Coconut tree and Alam” meaning land Land of Coconut Trees”.
- Saponified coconut oil, shea butter and oatmeal form the base of all our handmade bathing bars to ensure that they produce a soft and gentle lather.
- The oatmeal offers mild exfoliation to slough away dead skin cells and leave skin perfectly hydrated.
- Flower, nut and seed infusions fused with organic aloe vera leaf juice is then blended in this base and hand-poured into traditional soap moulds.
- The soap is then cured for a minimum of two weeks before it is cut, trimmed and packaged by hand
