Yeah it's definitely good, but it's only been a week since I started using this product so I will have to wait and look for the results.. But those with sinus problems, you will have to use this carefully because I started having sinus headache ever since I started this..When used properly, certainly we will be benefited I suppose.. Fingers crossed...
