heaven in a bottle for me,, for oily combination skin(during summer) u don't need ton of moisturizer after this toner cause this toner itself is very moisturizing

Non-irritating, has a hydration-boosting effect. can be used both for am and pm routines .Pairs really well with all actives without sensitizing the skin. Definitely going to repurchase.
